Samples
1st Step: We invite you to share your designs with us using any of the following:
– Detailed sketches, including specifics on material types, sizes, and additional comments.
– Online reference photos with your ideas and inspirations.
– Original samples that we can replicate or modify based on your feedback.
– CAD files.
Providing comprehensive details will help us create a product that closely matches your vision.
2nd Step: Our CAD design team will create a 3D drawing based on your specifications once we receive your information. We will then send the drawing for your final approval.
Additionally, please provide the following details:
– Sample material (brass/beads)
– Quantity of the sample
– Color options (beaded/gold-plating/oxidized)
– Plating thickness (0-1 micron/2 micron/2.5 micron/3 micron or more) if applicable.
Costs
Typically, we provide pricing after the sample has been created. However, if needed, we can offer an estimated cost before production upon request.
The final price will be based on factors such as the weight of the product, raw materials (e.g., metal, stones), plating, labor costs, and our tailored services.

Orders
Upon sample and cost approval, bulk production will commence. The minimum order quantities are 50 pieces of brass for initial orders and 30 pieces of brass per ring size. Send a Purchase Order, and we’ll issue a Proforma Invoice. After payment and deposit confirmation, we’ll provide the Estimated Departure Time (ETD) and notify you when your order is ready. Shipping costs vary by order size and weight.
Lead Time
– Off-Peak Season (Feb-Aug): Samples: 3-5 weeks; Bulk Orders: 6-8 weeks (up to 12 weeks for large orders).
– Peak Season (Sep-Jan): Samples: 4-6 weeks; Bulk Orders: 8-10 weeks (up to 12 weeks for large orders).
If you have urgent items, we can prioritize their production. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend creating a detailed timetable. For instance, start sampling in April if your deadline is September and place your order by June. This schedule allows time for logistics, communication, sample reviews, and any necessary resampling. Each client’s needs are unique, so we’ll provide tailored timeline advice based on your specific requirements.
